ECHO STRETCH

While CHIRP signal processing enables to show echoes in high difinition, there are some cases where small targets are not well visible due to too sharp echoes. The new Echo Stretch feature helps show targets in thicker echoes, which is useful when seeing the screen from a remote place or observing targets at deep water.

Transmission at Preset Frequency

A total of three (3) patterns of frequencies can be preset, similar to the built-in Fish Finder of TZT12F/16F/19F and DI-FFAMP. While suitable frequencies may change depending on fish targets or fishing grounds, the Preset Frequency function can be utilized when fishing on a variety of depths, from shallow to deep, and searching a variety of targets, from bait to predator fish, as well as avoiding interference from other boats.

Sequential Transmission

While the DFF3-UHD can transmit dual frequencies simultaneously, a new option of sequential transmission is added (Sequential A / Sequential B), which helps to suppress the side lobe around the bottom.
